- Store Policy's
Stainless Addiction accepts orders online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We also accept phone orders Monday- Friday 8:00am 4:00pm eastern standard time
- Payment
We accept payment using PayPal. We also accept money orders, cashier's checks and personal checks made payable to Stainless Addiction. **If you wish to pay in the form of a check or money order please call 813-263-8233 to place your order. Note that orders paid by check or money order WILL NOT be processed until payment has been received. Personal Checks are subject to a 10 day hold and there will be a $35.00 fee for all returned checks. Stainless Addiction Does Not accept C.O.D. orders at this time.
- Shipping
Most packages will be shipped USPS priority mail unless other wise requested. USPS requires a physical street address, and they will not deliver to a P.O. Box. Stainless Addiciton, does not ship out of the Continental US. If you have a order to Canada, please call 1st for shipping quote. All orders are processed in a timely manner, as all orders are processed on a first come first serve basis. Products will ship usually within 7-10 days.
- Damage Claims
Always check the contents of your shipment in the presence of the person delivering the merchandise. Should any damage occur, immediately notify Stainless Addiction so that all the necessary steps are taken to insure prompt replacement of any damaged goods. Notify Stainless Addicition's Customer Service Department for instructions on returning damaged goods. Stainless Addicition is not responsible for any claims arising from damage notification given after one week of receipt of delivery.
- Custom Orders
Custom orders such as custom stainless steel pieces must be paid in full before production begins. Custom items are non returnable/ refundable for any reason.
- Waranties
All items are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of shipment to you. Your purchase will be backed by the limited warranty extended by the manufacturer of the parts. Stainless Addiction and the manufacturer will not honor warranty requests due improper installation, neglect, accidents, or competition use. Warranty claims apply to parts only, labor for installation or removal of parts is not covered under warranty.
- Returns
Should you need to return a part for refund, exchange, or credit, please contact Stainless Addiction's customer service department first at 813-263-8233. Most problems, such as installation, can be resolved with a telephone call. Stainless Addiction will not accept returns without prior notification. The customer is responsible for freight on all returned orders. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of date printed on invoice, after 30 days returns will not be accepted for any reason. Parts authorized to be returned, on a non-exchange basis, are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Shortages
Check the contents of your shipment upon delivery to ensure that all the parts ordered are received. If you are missing any items please check to see if they have been backordered on the invoice before calling the Customer Service Department. If a shortage has occurred, please contact our Customer Service Department at 352-596-7025 within one week of delivery to insure a prompt replacement. Stainless Addicion is not responsible for missing items after this one week period.
- Sales Tax
All orders outside Florida are exempt from sales tax. Florida residents are required to add the appropriate sales tax to all orders. Rates are subject to change without notice. The current rate is 6.5%.
Stainless Addiction reserves the right to refuse business to anyone for any reason. Prices are subject to change at anytime. Stainless Addiction is not responsible for any typographical errors or misprints. Products may vary from images.
